- Hannah's focus is primarily clinical. Prior to establishing a private practice in 2018, she worked in multiple agencies including Mission Mental Health, SF and Edgewood Center for Children and Families treating adults, children and families. In her current private practice, her focus is primarily with adults, but does also work with families with adult children. Her current work focuses on clinical practice, and theoretical reading and consultation related to extreme states including problems related suicidality.
Hannah maintains a private practice in Berkeley California and offers analysis in person and on line. She offers advising, control and personal analyses. She has taught seminars on Freud and Lacan and published in the European Journal of Psychoanalysis. She has a particular interest in the question of anxiety/anguish/l’angoisse. Her recent focus is on psychosis and problems ascertaining structure/diagnosis in working with subjects experiencing extreme states. On an ongoing basis, she is interested in the singularity of analysts in formation, in the process by which a singular candidate "forms" his/her/their becoming along the path of formation.
